     Pinterest is social media platform similar to a virtual pinboard where individuals share pictures of different things they find interesting. It is a popular platform in the U.S. with around 482 million users active monthly (Dixon). It has recently grown as a place where businesses put their ads as there has been research done that shows that Pinterest users are more likely to purchase on the app. This is because Pinterest makes it easy for users to find things on the post as they offer a search button that shows anything that looks similar. There are different types of Pinterest Ads some include: - Standard Ads: Looks like a regular post and can easily blend in with other post.       Artificial Intelligence continues to become more popular by the day and more recruiters are requesting candidates to have this skill. "It is expected that AI will add around $15.7 trillion to the global economy by 2030" therefore job opportunities will grow tremendously. There are number of ways individuals can further their education in AI this includes (Coursera): 1. Earning a undergraduate degree in computer science, data science, machine learning or if offered AI itself.  2. Specializing in AI. Earning a Master of Science (MS) can improve chances of individuals receiving a higher positioned job and higher salary. 3.Take online courses: Typically shorter length to complete but will still look impressive on a resume.       Some AI courses include MOOCs, IBM Applied AI, Google Cloud The benefits of earning a degree in AI include: - Higher salaries. - Individuals are stronger candidates.  - Less chance of being unemployed due to the demand.       Instagram is a well-known social media platform owned by Facebook with a record 4.9 billion users globally, it is expected to jump to 5.85 billion users by 2027. (Wong) This platform is very visually orientated and is mostly used by a younger demographic. According to a research study by Maryia Fokina, she states that more than 35% of millennials admitted to being heavily influenced by social media when making purchases. Instagram is notorious for influencers, and many businesses often seek out these people in the hope that their products will become a trend. Therefore, when a person sees their favorite influencer representing a brand, they are likely to purchase any merchandise.       Pay Per Click (PPS) is an advertising model that allows business to put advertisements on different platforms and the business only pays for the amount of clicks the ad receives. The most popular advertising service is known as Google Ads where it operates on real time bidding. This is a great for businesses who want their ad to be closer to the first few pages of a search engine browser. This is because of the auction where businesses bid for their ad spot to be in a spot they would most desire; and it is beneficial as the business will only have to pay for the amount of clicks they receive.      After graduating university it can be difficult to understand what you want to do professionally. Some go back to their part time jobs until they find a full time in their specialty and some individuals pursue a different path. Courtney Quinn has shared some of her work experience and tips that will become useful for individuals who need more help finding a job. She has stated that internships are a great ways to get yourself knowledgeable about the industry as well as create connections and learn hands on. Personally, I have always had a difficult time learning in schools due to my short attention span and having a hard time retaining information.       Artificial intelligence has had a big impact on business, especially personalized marketing. Personalized marketing is the practice of creating personalized messages to customers based on their personality. This practice is to improve customer relationships and engagement. Not all businesses can perform such interaction, but most would like to. AI has helped those companies that have high amounts of traffic by creating a personalized message for customers. Many benefits come with using AI for personalized marketing including increased sales, improved customer engagement, savings of money, and better customer service. Some challenges may include privacy concerns, implementation costs, and algorithm bias. I also believe that if some customers were to discover that these messages were from AI they might feel disregarded. (Bretzfield)      I do not like interacting with customer service that use AI as I believe that they can only understand so much and it can lead to more issues. But
