The google ad reports gives you performance metrics in which show how many individuals have clicked on your ads and transferred to the web. These reports give businesses a better understanding to how they acquire users, and overall their journey using the site. They also give businesses the opportunity to see how their ads are working and it provides advertising strategies that work best for the company.

Some other resources available from google would be the ability to create, share, and edit goals. Google has made it easy for businesses who do not have an idea about using ads by offering goal templates. Or if the business has an idea on how they want to advertise they can use smart goals which gives recommendations but is set by the individual. If the business already has a great understanding of what they need then they could use the customizable goal setting; where it just provides an area to set goals but only give limited recommendations. It is important to understand what is your companies goals as it will make it much easier for you to tackle the areas that need the most help, and understand what areas you are succeeding in.
